PROGRAM THEMES

Why Fighter Pilots Win: Personal Excellence when the stakes are the highest
Fighter pilots are trained to consider their own strengths & vulnerabilities when developing their combat tactics.  Discover how knowing yourself, knowing your competitor and learning how to build a system of preparation and feedback is critical to peak performance.  Ensure your team is at its best when it matters the most.

Band of Brothers: How to build and lead a winning team
Fighter pilots build tactics and squadron operations based on the mutual support and cross-functional abilities within a unit. Inspiring leaders are able to model courage, competence and humility in a manner that compels followers to perform at their highest level for a cause and purpose greater than their own interests.

Re-Ignite! Discover purposeful, passionate and balanced living in this crazy life
Combining lessons from the cockpit to the living room carpet, this keynote leans on the pithy wisdom of Hall of Fame pitcher Satchel Paige to re-order our lives and priorities.  Determining what makes each of us come alive and nurturing those passions, as well as grappling with the challenges of this world, provides the framework for a fun and deeply personal look at what we value and how we engage our world.

Serving from the front of the pack: Exceptional Leadership
Some of our nation's greatest heroes understood and modeled servant leadership.  Gain unique insights as to how today's military leaders demonstrate, or fail to demonstrate, servant leadership and how your team can apply those lessons to your workplace and how you can earn the right to lead.

It's cold out, put your coat on!  Maximize the impact of our own support systems
Fighter pilots always head into battle in groups.  Mutual support is a key tenant of our tactics and each member has specific responsibilities to ensure mission accomplishment.  Combining experiences in the cockpit to those humbling life events we inevitably share, learn how to engage all of your surrounding support systems to ensure personal and professional success.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Expectations and Contentment
Aspiring fighter pilots must quickly adapt to the realities of success and failure amidst an intense peer group.  Research clearly ties our quality of life with our ability to assess and manage our own expectations.  Passionate, purpose-filled living and working are possible when we're able to take a "mission oriented" look at our own expectations and life priorities.
